470 IAC 3-4.5-4(2) · All restrooms shall be equipped with flush toilets and handwashing sinks and shall be ventilated to the outside. An adequate supply of water, under pressure, shall be provided at all handwashing sinks, as well as soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers.
