470 IAC 3-4.7-114(d) · The center shall use an antiscald valve approved by ISDH to maintain water temperature between one hundred (100) degrees Fahrenheit and one hundred twenty (120) degrees Fahrenheit on all hot water supplied to sinks, bathing, and washing facilities used by children.

Several areas in program had chipped paint, missing caulk as follows: -Rooom 19 needed caulking at sink and toilet in both bathrooms; -Room 20 bathroom had cracked tiles around toilet, chipped paint on walls, and needed caulking on sink; -Room 23 had chipped paint and discoloring around bathroom door frame, sink and toilet caulking, and discoloring behind toilet; -Room 25 had chipped paint on bathroom wall, needed caulking on sink and toilet, floor around toilet was discolored, wall behind trash can was soiled, and there was an unidentifiable brown smear on cabinet door above toilet.
