Items labeled 'Keep out of reach of children' were accessible as follows: -Purple Room had an unlocked cabinet with children's Tylenol, Infant Ibuprofen, Infant Motrin drops, Children's Benadryl; and an unlocked cabinet with Clorox wipes, Quat, Palmolive Dish Soap, table/counter cleaner; -Orange Room had a sanitizer spray bottle on the sink; and an unlocked cabinet with Ala's Totally Awesome Cleaning Vinegar, shaving cream, Wizard Air Refresher. -Green Room was not being used but had an unlocked door containing tools, paint, and a ladder. -Two classrooms had tall fans sitting on tables that could fall over.
