Previously opened food items were not labeled with date opened in 1-2 year old room, EPS room, 2 year old room, 3-4 year old room, and Pre-K room. 2 year old room had an opened bag of apple slices in refrigerator. EPS room had an unlabeled baby bottle in refrigerator.
