On 2/24 and 2/25/2026 a staff member can be seen on video using excessive force with three (3) different 3-year old children, pulling by arms, roughly sitting child down in chair, intimidating, roughly pulling child across the floor from underneath a table. Staff person was terminated 2/26/2026.

On 1/29/2026 staff member Paulina Walters left a three year old female child alone in the classroom for approximately nine (9) minutes. Teacher took class to playground, but one (1) child remained behind in classroom unsupervised and with a ratio of 0:1. Another staff member walked by classroom and heard child crying. Director verified time child was unsupervised with classroom video.

On 2/18/2025 at 10:47am M was bitten by P. Substitute lead teacher in the room failed to write an incident report or to notify parents of the injury. Mother emailed program on 2/18/2025 at 8:11pm asking for someone to review camera footage, which confirmed the bite did occur.
