An adequate supply of water, under pressure, shall be provided at all handwashing sinks, as well as soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers. Paper towel at the handwashing sink in classroom sitting on the sink, so soap provided. Toilet paper in one of the stalls in the program's restroom was sitting on the bak of the toilet, not dispensed in a sanitary manner.
