The ceiling also shows water damage and is cracked and sagging above the toilet. The ceiling in the kitchen has been damaged from water. It is sagging and cracked and also has mold forming. During the inspection, there was standing water on the floor in front of the washer and dryer. The water is leaking from somewhere. Staff report this has been an issue with the washer.
