    On 7/21/2025 the program self reported to both licensing and DCS that while a male 5 year old was exhibiting a challenging behavior, a teacher grabbed the child by his arm to lead him to the director's office in a forceful enough manner to leave visible marks on the child. The teacher also spat on the child.
