    There were some items labeled "keep out of reach of children" accessible to children throughout the building. In the downstairs hall boy's bathroom there was glass cleaner and soap refill under the sink in an unlocked cabinet. In the downstairs hall girl's bathroom there was a package of cleaning wipes in the unlocked cabinet under the sink. In room 106, there was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the low table and a package of clorox wipes on a low open shelf. In room 107, there were teacher purses sitting on the floor by the back cabinets.
