Infant room had 8 children (ages infant-1) and one caregiver, making the ratio 8:1 instead of 8:2 as it should be. The 3's room ratio was 11:1 instead of 11:2 as it should be. When consultant walked into the 4's room, there were 9 children in the room, as consultant turned around, the caregiver was walking through the door way with another child. Previous to the caregiver coming back in the room, the ratio was 9:0 instead of 9:1 as it should have been.
