In the two's room, one caregiver (C) did not have fingerprints on file and therefore does not count in ratio, making that room a ratio of 9:1, instead of 9:2 as it should be. The two's room had one caregiver without a background check (A), making the room a 9:1 ratio instead of a 9:2 ratio as it should be. THe threes room had one caregiver without a backgroudn check on file (E) making the room a 17:1 ratio instead of 17:2 as it should be. The 4's/5's room caregiver (C) did not have a background check on file; therefore, does not count in ratio, making the room a 12:0 ratio instead of 12:1.
