    On 7/25/23, a teacher was in the 1s/2s room with her coteacher. Coteacher was changing diapers after lunchtime to get ready for nap. Teacher asked what children had their diaper changed already so she can start to put them down on their cots. At this time, teacher lifted child up from his wrist, which resulted in a fractured arm.
