Observed items labeled "keep out of reach of children" that was accessible to children in multiple rooms: Spray bottle cleaning agents, wipes, sunblock lotion, shaving cream, spray adhesive, and hand sanitizer. Items need to be locked or high enough that children cannot reach them. Observed staff purses accessible in Room 10 and observed backpacks hanging low enough for children to get into them in multiple rooms. Move items to a height the tallest child cannot reach.
