In Infant room medications were in cubbies and diaper cream in changing table, medication was in refrigerator within reach of children. One to two-year old room had lysol wipes in bottom drawer and diaper bags with medications, and items labeled 'keep out of reach of children' accessible to children. Two to three-year old room had diaper wipes in changing table, diaper creams on low shelf in cabinet, and a teacher purse, Vicks and lotion, on low shelf in cabinet accessible to children. Three to five-year old room had lysol wipes and multi-surface cleaner and bleach bottle at sink, lysol wipes in a low drawer, sunscreen and wipes in a cabinet and a teacher purse with medications accessible to childen.
