In the School-age room there are 3 cleaning sprays labeled “Keep out of reach of children” in unlocked cabinet. In the PreK room there are 2 Staff backpacks and 2 cans of shaving cream in cabinet and sun lotion on top of cubby in reach of children which is unsafe. In the Early Preschool room 1 Staff Purse in cabinet under counter which is unsafe. Preschool 1 sun lotion on top of cubby which is unsafe.

In the Toddler room Bathroom is being used for storage with cots, brooms, dust pans, chairs, and learning materials. Bathrooms cannot be used for storage. In the Preschool 1 Bathroom has toilet paper and paper towels uncovered on shelves which is unsanitary and there is a hole in the wall which is unsanitary.
