ON 7-18-24 a three year old child was left on the playground for about a minute. The staff had counted and got 9 but then was distracted by a child whose shoe was untied. Once tied staff continued to classroom and upon counting as entering was missing one child. She left the 8 children with another staff and returned to playground and child was sitting playing. Staff took child to classroom and then it was reported to the director once lunch was complete.
