The diaper changing surface shall be sanitized after each use and materials used for skin cleansing shall be discarded after each use into a tightly covered, easily sanitized container. Individuals responsible for diaper changing shall wash their hands after each diaper change

    In classroom 1 the Diaper table had two lunch cases and one bag of diapers stored on the top of the table. The table is not to be used for any other purpose.

    In classroom 5, 2, and 1 the cots were stacked with the linens still attached to the cots. Therfore, the bottom of the legs that touch floor and dirty are touching the linens that are suppose to be clean when a child uses the linens on the cot.
