Around 10/21/2024 a staff member said something to the Director that a 3 year old child said something to her about the child pants/panties. The Director did state the staff said something to her and the Director told the staff if you heard something then need to report it. Director also stated to staff you needed to document it but never received a copy from the staff member. The incident was reported around 1/31/2025, this was not immediately as stated.
