In the PreK 2 room there are ceiling tiles with indentions causing peeling and one with a hole and in the PreK 1 room there Peeling paint and a dent exposing drywall under the windows. In the School-age room there are multiple dents and peeling paints spots throughout the room. In the Infant room there is a hole in a ceiling tile. All of which are unsanitary. In the Two’s 1 room there is a light out.
