Director self reported on 1/27/26,that a caregiver did not use positive discipline with a toddler. Caregiver was observed on video putting toddler in chair and pulling shirt over the back of chair preventing him from getting up. Caregiver was terminated on 2/2/26.

On 10/20/25, Assistant director self reported to licensing caregiver in the Otter classroom is observed on 10/17/25 (3 seperate incidents) and 10/20/25 (1 incident) grabbing a 3 year old child by his arm, dragging him across the classroom and putting him in a restroom in the dark, closing full length door for brief moments. Caregiver has been terminated.
