Day of Complaint 8/28/24, The Crab classroom was out of ratio with 16 older twos with 2 qualified caregivers- ratio is 14:2 Day of Complaint 8/28/24, the Dolphin classroom was out of ratio with 12 three year old children with 1 qualified caregiver.- ratio- 10:1 During visit, consultant observed Dolphin class out of ratio with 12 three year old children with 1 qualified caregiver, - ratio 10:1. During visit consultant observed Nautili class out of ratio with 22 children ages 3 to 5 years old with 2 qualified caregivers. Ratio of youngest age in classroom would need to be followed which was two 3 year olds - 20:2.
