  Items labeled 'Keep out of reach of children' were accessible as follows: -Classroom 2 had a teacher bag in an unlocked filing cabinet; -Classroom 3 had a teacher bag on top of a cubby, and shaving cream, glass cleaner, and Palmolive dish soap in a cabinet behind a deterrent; -Classroom 4 had Dial soap at the sink, and ProSilk Body Lotion, and Sta-Flo Liquid Starch under the sink behind a deterrent, and toothpaste on top of cubby.
