IC 12-17.2-6-14.1(a)(2) · The operator of a child care ministry that cares for children who are less than twelve (12) months of age shall: ensure that all caregivers of children who are less than twelve (12) months of age follow safe sleeping practices.
When consultant entered infant room four infants were asleep in cribs, all with Safe Sleep violations: Four month old boy was swaddled and had a pacifier with a clip holder attached, 4 month old boy with a pacifier with a clip chord attached, eleven month old female with a lovey pacifier (small plush attached to paci) and a sleepsack layed over her like a blanket, ten month old boy with a sleep sack layed over him like a blanket.
