Some items labeled "keep out of reach of children" were accessible to children: in the school age room there were bottles of lysol concentrate in a low unlocked drawer. In the bathroom, there was lysol toilet cleaner, lysol wipes, lysol spray and disinfectant spray in a low unlocked drawer. A toilet brush was next to the toilet. In the toddler room, there was handsanitizer on a low shelf under the diaper table. In the office area, clorox wipes were on the floor under the desk.
