Through out the home , In the infant room lotion and diaper cream in a basket, in the purple room there was hand sanitizer on the book shelf and a purse of a staff left out on the chair, in the bathroom there was lysol spray in the tub and cleaning products under a unlocked sink that there were many cleaning items and materials, in the unlocked cabniet above the toliet there were hand soap, vaseline, and rubbing alcohol. In the kitchen there was disinfectant wipes, dish soap and medication on the counter. All items was accessible and within reach of children that all states keep out of reach of children.
