During an investigation, it was determined that on September 7, 2022, center staff inappropriately disciplined a one- year-old child when a staff member forcibly pulled a one-year-old child down by the arm, to get them to lay down, during nap time. The child’s head hit the cot and the one-year-old child sustained an injury to the forehead that required professional medical attention.
