Infants who arrive at the Center asleep or fall asleep in such equipment, on the floor or elsewhere, shall be transferred to a safety-approved crib.

    During a Licensing Study conducted on January 17, 2024 ; It was determined based on observation that an infant was observed sleeping in the swing in classroom 133. Exhibit "A"

    During a Licensing Study conducted on February 15, 2023 ; It was determined based on observation that the potentially hazardous items were accessible to children in the following rooms: - Room 117- broom, dust pan, and Clorox wipes in an unlocked closet - Room 120- electric broom against a wall, hand sanitizer, and Lysol and baby wipes in an unlocked cabinet under the sink - Room 122- baby wipes, rubber gloves, a roll of plastic bags on a shelf, and a teacher's purse in an unlocked closet - Room 128- hole puncher on a shelf and cleaning supplies in an unlocked cabinet under the sink An adverse action was previously issued for this rule violation. This rule violation is no longer appealable. No fine is being issued at this time.
