Additionally, the second check was not documented by a staff member immediately upon the first check of the vehicle on May 2, 2022 for the AM routes for West Chatham Elementary and Pooler Elementary.

Such supervision must include, but not be limited to, indoor and outdoor activities, mealtimes, naptime, transportation, field trips, and transitions between activities. Additionally, three staff members in the second left (2L) Classroom were observed putting out rest mats and at least one staff member was not seated within an arm¶s length away from the 10 two- year-old children during lunch on this date as required.
