During a Licensing Study conducted on January 29, 2024 ; It was determined based on observation the following hazards were observed - classroom B: a hand held staple gun was accessible to children. -classroom C: a unlocked cabinet under the diapering station with diaper cream accessible to children. -classroom D: a tube of vaseline and wipes labeled keep out of reach of children were accessible to children.

During a Complaint Investigation & Monitoring Visit conducted on November 3, 2023 ; It was determined based on observation that in room E in the left corner by the window had two water stained ceiling tiles and three water stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom.

Fencing material shall not present a hazard to children and shall be maintained so as to prevent children from leaving the playground area by any means other than through an approved access route.
