    During a Complaint Investigation Follow Up conducted on December 9, 2022 ; It was determined that Classroom F-1L was observed to have one staff member and nineteen children (1:19). The children in the mixed-age group included fifteen four-year-old children and four five-year-old children which is more than twenty percent of the youngest age of the group of children.
