During an ILS Follow Up conducted on December 19, 2022 ; It was determined based on the Consultant's observation that there were shrubs on the afterschool playground in front of the fence that were overgrown and had protruding limbs and branches at the children's eye level which posed a hazard to the children.

During an Initial Licensing Study conducted on July 13, 2022 ; It was determined based on the Consultant's observation that there were shrubs on the afterschool playground in front of the fence that were overgrown and had protruding limbs and branches at children's eye level which posed a hazard to the children.

During an ILS Follow Up conducted on December 19, 2022 ; It was determined based on the consultant's observation that two infants were in their cribs and were not asleep but standing up in the cribs.
