Classroom R2: -A pair of adult scissors on top of the children's cubbies on the front right side of the classroom in front of the window.

During a Monitoring Visit conducted on June 12, 2025 ; It was determined based upon observation that the following hazards were accessible to children: Classroom R1: -There were four packs of Pampers wipes and two packs of Parent's Choice wipes in the bottom of the children's cubby. -There was a broom and a dust pan next to the cubby storage. -There were sanitizing sprays on the handwashing sink. -There was a box of gloves and a box of wipes on the diapering table. Classroom R2: -There were three packs of pulls ups still inside the plastic wrapper in the children's bathroom. -There was a bucket of empty ziploc bags on top of the toilet in the children's bathroom. -There was a bucket that contained a bottle of hand sanitizer, a bottle of sunscreen, and sanitizing sprays on the diapering table. -There was a box of gloves and a box of wipes on the diapering table. L - 1 Infant: - There was an unlocked cabinet with packs of wipes under the diapering table. - There was a box of gloves on the diapering table. 2L- Three Year Old: -There was a bucket of ziploc bags and slow cook liners on top of the toilet in the children's bathroom. -There were two packs of wipes on top of the toilet in the children's bathroom.
