During a Complaint Closure conducted on May 4, 2022 ; It was determined based on investigative findings, that included staff statements and interviews, that on March 29, 2022, and April 7, 2022, a parent was denied access to their child's classroom. Staff stated they were unaware that Covid restrictions had been lifted. Staff stated they spoke to the parent about the issue, and that they would make sure parents had access to the building and the classroom as required.
