During a Monitoring Visit conducted on September 11, 2024 ; It was determined based on observation the following was observed: -The bathrooms between the Pre-K classrooms- Protruding screws were observed on the sides of each of the toilets in the girls bathroom and the toilet seat on the first toilet was not secure and sliding off the rim of the toilet. -The bathroom between the one year old and two year old classrooms- protruding screws were observed on the left side of each of the toilets in the bathroom with the purple door.
