During a Monitoring Visit conducted on January 10, 2023 ; It was determined based on observation that daily schedules were incorrect in classroom A 1st Right when the schedule was for pre-toddlers and housed infants and one-year-old children and D 2nd Left where the schedule was for Pre-K and housed two-year-old children. It was further determined that there was no daily schedule for classroom C 1st Left. It was also determined that children did not go outside when classrooms schedules indicated a time for outdoor play.
