    591-1-1-.25(13) · Rule 591-1-1-.25(13) requires that potentially hazardous equipment, materials and supplies be stored in a locked area inaccessible to children.

    During a Licensing Study conducted on May 3, 2022 ; It was determined based on observation that the following potential hazards existed: Rm B/1R - Baby wipes and a bottle of bleach and water solution were located on the diapering station accessible to children. - Plastics bags and diaper rash creams were observed in an unlocked drawer at the diapering station, that was accessible to children. Rm C/2R - Baby wipes, Lysol disinfectant spray, Clorox disinfectant wipes, and a bottle of bleach and water solution were located on the diapering station, accessible to children. - Baby wipes were located in the children's cubbies, accessible to children. Rm D/Right Back - Baby wipes and a bottle of bleach and water solution were located on the diapering station, accessible to children. RM E/Left Back - A bottle of bleach and water solution was located on the diapering station, accessible to children.

    During a Licensing Study conducted on January 24, 2023 ; It was determined based on observation that the following potential hazards existed in: A/1: (101) - There was a bucket on the diaper changing table containing Vaseline, gloves, and plastic bags. B/1R - There were plastics bags and diaper rash creams in a drawer at the diapering station that did not have a safety lock accessible to children. C/2R (103) - There were baby wipes and A&D ointment located in the children's cubbies accessible to children. -There was a bookbag containing Purell Hand Sanitizer, Clorox wipes, Cutter Insect Repellent Spray, Zarbees chest rub, A&D ointment, and an unlabeled container of ointment. - There was an unlocked cabinet in the bathroom containing a jug of Member's Mark hand soap, a bottle of Suave hand sanitizer, and a bottle of Glass Cleaner spray. D/Right Back - There were baby wipes and a box of gloves located on the diapering station accessible to children.
