    During a Complaint Closure conducted on January 27, 2025 ; It was determined based on investigative findings that two staff members got into a verbal altercation in the classroom and cursed in front of children and had to be separated by another staff member in order to prevent a fight.

    During a Complaint Closure conducted on January 27, 2025 ; It was determined based on investigative findings that a staff member grabbed a three-year-old child by the neck and the child sustained scratches on both sides of their neck.
