    During a Complaint Closure conducted on March 11, 2022 ; It was determined based on consultant's observation that the front playground had a white pipe with no covering and wires sticking out the pipe on the playground that is a potential hazard to children.

Consultant further observed ant beds on the playground that were accessible to the children and could be potential hazards.
