During a POI Follow Up conducted on May 25, 2022 ; It was determined based on observation that the center exceeded the licensed capacity of fifteen children in classroom A when seventeen children were present for care. Further, room C was being utilized as a classroom for school aged children when it was limited for use to no more than 30 minutes a day.
