During a Complaint Investigation Follow Up conducted on May 14, 2025 ; It was determined based on observation and measurements the fence on the left side and back of the fence measured 3 feet 10 inches. It was further observed that the white fence was broken in several places on the left and back posing a hazard to the children. It was also observed that the fence on the right side of the playground near the double doors was unlocked with a brown wheel barrow and other hazardous equipment accessible to children.
