The last fire drill documented on the fire drill log was on 3/27/2025 with the licensing specialist. The fire extinguisher certification(s) are valid until 3/2026. The annual fire inspection was conducted on 3/18/2024. 30-6: During the inspection, Child Care Regulation observed that the diaper mat in the VPK classroom had a tear in it, exposing the foam within. During the inspection, staff removed the diaper mat. 32-3: During the inspection, Child Care Regulation observed the outdoor equipment was not in good repair in that red riding car had plastic pieces missing, a tricycle with a basket was cracked, and the sand table was cracked in the middle. During the inspection, staff removed the broken equipment. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Child Care Regulation provided technical assistance, All playground equipment must be securely anchored, unless portable or stationary by design, in good repair, maintained in safe and sanitary condition, and placed to ensure safe use by the children. Maintenance must include inspections conducted every month of all supports above and below the ground and of all connectors and moving parts. Documentation of maintenance inspections must be maintained for 12 months

32-9: During the inspection, Child Care Regulation observed a toy storage chest on the playground that collected water. The water was a dark green in color. During the inspection, staff removed the toy storage chest from the playground. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Child Care Regulation provided technical assistance, All equipment used in the outdoor play area must be constructed and maintained according to manufacturers recommendations and allow for water drainage. Any open containers with water must be emptied immediately after use, i.e. pots, toys, or other equipment that collects water
