46-7: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the classroom attendance roster was not accurate in that there were 6 children in the one year old/two year old classroom and only 4 children marked in on the attendance, and there were 9 children in the four year old/five year old classroom and only 3 children marked in on the attendance. Staff added the missing children on to a sheet of paper with their time that the children arrived in the classroom. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, . Attendance devices used for the purposes of tracking attendance may be used, but personnel must ensure the accuracy of the documented attendance. Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space.
