At the time of inspection, the counselor observed some open and unopened bottles of wine and other alcohol in the operators dining area of the home. The operator advised that children do not have access to the area of the home, however counselor reminded operator that the home is licensed and that children may have access to the home at any time. Counselor suggested that the bottles be moved to behind a locked cabinet where the bottles sat on top of the dresser or up high out of reach of children in a cabinet in the kitchen. Provider removed the bottles from reach of children on top of the cabinet at time of inspection. TA was provided to ensure that the operator move the bottles out of reach of children in care

At the time of inspection, the counselor observed paint chipping on the stationary blue outdoor equipment on the playground. The blue paint was missing in some areas of the equipment.
