The provider was reminded that indoor and outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log and any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. •

At the time of the inspection, Counselor observed childrens files and determined that children did not have documentation regarding parent(s) or legal guardian(s) were provided information regarding the potential for distracted adults to fail to drop off a child and leave them in the car annually during the month of September 2023. However, the information was provided in October 2023. Technical assistance was provided to ensure all children enrolled parent and/or guardian are provided distracted driver information in April and September. • This standard was brought back into compliance as the month has passed. • Provider advised that 32 children are enrolled, Counselor reviewed 15 children files (D-M)
