This area came into compliance at the time of the inspection when a second staff member arrived. The facility had a total of 178 children being supervised by 35 staff members over seventeen (17) classrooms

Remove and or repair the rust on the base of the blue bench of the metal blue table. The the cloth covering under the rubber mulch is exposed in a manner that could cause a tripping hazard for the children. The blue water fountain shows signs of peeling paint that is unsafe for the children in care. All areas of concern must be corrected by the deadline indicated
