At the time of inspection, the licensing monitor observed the outdoor play space in need of the following: -repair rusting found throughout playground apparatus. -replenish mulch throughout the playground -the grass is overgrown and needs to be cut -the fence has a horizontal gap measuring 6 inches. Horizontal gaps may not be more than 3 inches. Following progressive enforcement procedures, a Notice of Violation is being issued as this standard was previously cited out of compliance on 3/10/25

Slide attached to the platform is no longer secure and platform is observed to bow under body weight. Rust is noticeable in other platforms and appear to need tightening. A small climbing wall attached to the structure is missing one of the footholds. Licensing monitor has recommended that structure be inaccessible until repairs are made, or parts are replaced.
