The facility shall work with the fire department to address all outstanding fire safety deficiencies identified during the September 26, 2025 inspection and obtain approved annual fire inspection documentation through the required reinspection to maintain compliance with fire safety requirements

The fire department conducted an initial inspection on September 26, 2025, however reinspection is required by the fire department to obtain approval
