Operator was not able to be contacted during hours of operation. The provider failed to provide the parent with the business number to the family child care home. The unanswered calls were made the the provider's cellular phone, but the provider reported that the phone was left in the vehicle. This standard was placed in compliance as the provider was later able to be in contact with the parent as the child was returned home to the parent
