(Section 9.8, numbers 1 and 2) At the time of this license renewal inspection, there was a gate at the back of the property that although it was locked and secure, there was a gap at the bottom of the fence that would allow small animals to enter the outdoor playground area. Technical Assistance was provided to the provider explaining that although the gate is secure at the top with a lock, the hole/gap at the bottom of the gate is wide enough to allow small animals into the playground area
