    During the time of this inspection, it was observed that there was a gap between the fence and the side of the home. When measured with a tape measure in 2 different spots, it was observed that the gaps were greater than the required 3.5 inches on both spots. The provider was informed that any gaps cannot be greater than 3.5 inches. At the time of the inspection, the provider corrected the issue regarding the gaps between the home and fence post by placing a wooden plank between the home and the fence post
